FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

All of our tours start and finish at Waitangi Wharf.  This is where the majority of cruise ships tender their passengers. Occasionally, when there is more than one ship, they will also tender to Paihia Wharf. We will make arrangements to collect you in Paihia when this happens.

All of our non-Cruise Ship tours depart from the Paihia I-site (69 Marsden Road, Paihia) or the BP service station in Kerikeri.

We offer a full refund in the event of cancellation for whatever the reason is.

The itinerary of each tour is planned to match the exact schedule of your cruise ship.

We have been working with cruise ships in the Bay of Islands for a number of years.  We have never failed to get passengers back to their ship on time!
