Mullarkey Tours offer excursions for cruise ship passengers and visitors to the Bay of Islands (Glow Worm Caves, Historic Kerikeri, Historic Russell and Wine Tours). We are a local Bay of Islands operator.

All of our tours start and finish at Waitangi Wharf.  This is where the majority of cruise ships tender their passengers. Occasionally, when there is more than one ship, they will also tender to Paihia Wharf. We will make arrangements to collect you in Paihia when this happens.

All of our non-Cruise Ship tours depart from the Paihia I-site (69 Marsden Road, Paihia) or the BP service station in Kerikeri.

We offer a full refund in the event of cancellation for whatever the reason is.

The itinerary of each tour is planned to match the exact schedule of your cruise ship.

We have been working with cruise ships in the Bay of Islands for a number of years.  We have never failed to get passengers back to their ship on time!

Want To See More?

Just interested in what this beautiful region has to offer and want to see more?   The Bay of Islands is one of New Zealand’s most visited tourist destinations and famous for its beaches, scenery and rich history.  It is rich in both Maori culture and early European history. It has a range of charming small towns like Paihia, Russell, Kerikeri and Kawakawa.

We are a locally owned company and all our drivers and guides live locally in the Bay of Islands, Paihia or the surrounding towns of the Far North.  Take advantage of our local knowledge and expertise.
